So, I won my category in the Trash to Treasure contest!! My necklace was placed in the "Trashy Elegance" category, aka "I ain't no dang hippie!". :)
Over 80 people entered some really, really gorgeous and creative pieces. I can't believe I was actually picked to win out of all those talented people! It makes me think a few things:
1. Maybe I should enter some more contests. You know, other than Happy Mango Beads. :)
2. Maybe I'm going in the right direction for my life. Is this the universe telling me that I have talent after all??
